Since its establishment in 1967, Spur Steak Ranches has grown into an internationally recognised brand with over 240 local and 28 international franchised restaurants. Spur Steak Ranches have been operating franchised outlets in Australia for over 13 years and currently have successful outlets operating in Macarthur (NSW), Penrith (NSW), and Mandurah (WA). Spur is looking for new Franchisees to join our growing brand in NSW, VIC, QLD and WA.

Each Spur restaurant is designed and equipped with comfortable, spacious seating for adults and designated children´s activity areas. Each restaurant has a dedicated Kids´ Play Room, Kids´ Club and Kids´ Menu to ensure the whole family is catered for. Parents can relax while enjoying a delicious meal, knowing that their children are in an environment where they can have fun in a safe area.

Masters of marketing and branding

Initial conceptualising, design implementation and regular in-store promotions as well as the co-ordination of sponsorship of various sporting and community-orientated events all take place in a coordinated manner. Spur aims to improve customer satisfaction and to increase sales and profitability through creative brand management and innovative product development, market research, advertising, sales promotions, public relations and local marketing-all of which are at your disposal!

Franchisee training and ongoing support

New franchisees undergo an intensive six- to eight-week training schedule. New stores have access to two weeks´ post-training in-store support, and regular follow-up field visits guarantee franchisees enjoy extensive ongoing support. The franchisee training programme includes a variety of modules across all areas of operations, while our induction and training checklist ensures every franchisee is trained to the highest standards, making day-to-day operation of stores as easy as possible.
