Croissant Express is the market leading group of cafe-bakeries in Western Australia. We provide freshly baked and prepared ready-to-eat products throughout the day specialising in baguettes, wraps, sweet/savoury pastries, muffins and hot foods for people on the run. CXpresso™, our organic coffee, offers excellent quality and great value. Baked fresh each day, Croissant Express is Fast, Fresh and Friendly. We operate Nationwide. Croissant Express opened our first store in 1987 and sold their first franchise in 1996.

Training

"Absolutely no baking experience is required"

We will arrange the start up and ongoing support to ensure you understand the essentials and help you provide "the little bit extra" that will set you apart from the rest.

For instance, we provide an induction, opening assistance and then place an experienced training officer in your business on a full time basis for up to two weeks, then part time basis for up to two further weeks. You will also receive regular visits from a Operations Manager and/or Business Development Manager every two to four weeks. Moreover we will provide you with Operations and Techincal Manuals, providing accurate schedules for all baking, food preparation, store operations, opening and closing procedures throughout the day

Marketing Support

All franchisees contribute 3% of their turnover towards a marketing fund used to promote the benefits of eating at Croissant Express and to enhance our business objectives via print media, television and radio.

Agreement Terms

The Franchise term is normally 5+5 years

20 Stores (19 in Western Australia & 1 in Brisbane)

8 are company owned stores

Investment Required

"Once off" initial Franchise Fee of $45,000

Store set-up costs are normally $200-$350,000, depending on the the location and size of your site.

Croissant Express operates a royalty based Franchise calculated on 7% of turnover. This is paid monthly and calculated using the group point of sale system.

Qualification Required

Hospitality and management experience is preferred but not essential.
