Kwik Kopy Ringwood wins Franchise of the Year 2009

It's great to hear a success story amongst all the doom and gloom. There are small businesses throughout Australia that are recording continued growth, happy customers and a stable income. One of them is the Kwik Kopy Ringwood centre, which has just won Franchise of the Year 2009, based on exceptional growth figures and a positive 'we can succeed attitude'.

Lou Pannunzio, bought his Kwik Kopy franchise eight years ago and says it has changed his life. And he really means it. "Not only has it freed us financially, but it has given us an identity,” he says. “It has been a really enriching experience, not just for the two of us [Lou and his wife] but also for my children. It has given us an incredible purpose in life."

Lou describes himself as 'an average bloke in a dynamic franchise'. He's an incredibly enthusiastic person and is an absolute text book example of what anyone can achieve with a positive attitude, energy and the support of a strong franchise network. He's a believer in karma and gives back as a mentor to other franchisees within the group.
